| Super food for super power |
Some foods are very healthy and make you strong and full of energy. They protect you from illnesses.
They can also help you learn better in school. Eating healthy food helps you grow up to be a strong, healthy adult. Healthy food contains lots of vitamins. Everybody needs vitamins. They are our invisible helpers.
There are many different vitamins, and each one has a special power to keep you strong and healthy. We call the vitamins by letters of the alphabet, like vitamin A, vitamin C or vitamin E.

You find a lot of it in carrots, melons, green salads and milk. |

You find lots of vitamin K in all sorts of green salads, cabbage, spinach and broccoli. |
